As a recruitment business, Propelo is required to collect, store and use personal data in order to identify and contact candidates about suitable roles, assignments and other opportunities.
We do this by storing data including names, telephone numbers, email addresses and CVs/Registration Forms on a secure cloud-based database. This data is never shared with any third parties and is retained solely for the purpose of seeking suitable employment opportunities with the express consent of candidates.
In addition, as a responsible recruitment business Propelo is required on behalf of its clients to complete Safer Recruitment checks as part of its commitment and responsibility to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) prior to submitting candidates for consideration for interim or consultancy roles including: references, proof of address, proof of ID, suitability to work with children and young people (Disclosure & Barring Service). This information is required as part of our Safer Recruitment commitments and is stored on a secure server.
For the purposes of securing employment, Propelo may share anonymised CVs with clients and/or process recruitment information such as application forms.
For placed or contracted candidates, Propelo may be required to share references and/or a candidate vetting form confirming Safer Recruitment checks completed.
We will ensure that:
· any data that Propelo holds is stored in a secure manner;
· data is used only for the purposes of the recruitment campaign;
· data is shared with clients securely;
· consent can be withdrawn at any time and personal data deleted.
