I have led schools for over 20 years and was a first-generation MAT CEO, building and growing a trust from the ground up. I've also been a Teaching School Representative, chaired an outstanding SCITT, sat on the Headteacher Board and provided support and challenge as a DfE Expert Advisor.
Through the duration of my career, I'm fortunate to have operated across almost every facet of the education landscape working with and alongside some exceptional leaders - and bring a deep commitment to ensuring all children, from whatever background, get the education they deserve.
