In my role as Senior Consultant at Propelo, I manage leadership recruitment campaigns, with particular focus on engaging with prospective candidates to give them a full understanding of the role. To me, it’s all about getting the right fit, both in terms of experience and style. I recognise the dedication and deep moral purpose required to be a Senior Leader in education and take pride that I can play a small part in helping to secure roles for strong leaders, who will in turn shape the future lives of children.
